Brian Donnelly has been a friend of mine and some of my favorite times with him was watching his editing skills on photoshop. We also collaborated on a lifestyle shoot that he shopped to magazines (he has many published) as well as my brand of watches. In his quaint studio downtown San Jose we would discuss many creative ideas over designer coffee and I have to say, he has an extraordinarily brilliant conceptual mind. One of the things he mentioned to me during a recent conversation was that he was heading back to build a tech startup with a few friends that raised capital for the venture. I’m gonna miss his camera work and collaborations but I know this his who he is, a tech guy, remember what I said about his brilliance?
